How it works

Paperwork happens while the work does.

One charger block on site. A field unit for every worker. One page for the manager.

Hand out units

Workers take a unit from the charger block at the start of the day. If one is lost or broken, hand out another. It fills itself back up from the hub.

Tasks show up on site

Tasks added on the manager page appear on the field units out on site. No phone calls, no paper lists.

Work gets captured

Photos, checks and safety reports are recorded on the spot, not typed up at the end of the week.

One click handover

When the job is done, open the manager page and print a clean handover report.

The kit

Four parts that work together.

Nothing to install on anyone's phone or laptop. The whole system runs on site, even without internet.

Field unit

Prototype

A 7-inch touchscreen for each worker, designed with its own battery and a rugged case. Big buttons, one job per screen.

Charger block

In design

Units drop into its bays to charge. It stores the site's data and runs the site's own WiFi.

Camera unit

Prototype

A small WiFi camera paired with a field unit. Live picture on the screen, photo saved with the work.
