What we collect: only what you type into the request form: your name, email, company (if you give one), what you're interested in, and any message. The "Email instead" button sends nothing to us automatically; it just opens your own email app.

Why: to reply to your demo, non-binding preorder reservation or other enquiry.

Where it goes: our Contabo server forwards your form to rvs@site-scan.org through Google Workspace email. The server does not keep a separate database of form submissions. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed for delivery; we do not sell your enquiry or use it for marketing.

How long: until we've handled your request, and at most about 12 months otherwise.

This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only things stored in your browser are your light/dark theme and language choices, which never leave your device. The hosting server receives connection information, including your IP address, to serve the website. Routine access logging is disabled for this site; error logs may contain connection information for troubleshooting.

The data your work generates (names, photos, tasks, notes and safety reports) is stored on a small computer, the "hub", physically on your own site, with a separate customer portal planned to receive selected records and photos. The contractor operating it decides what's collected and for how long; we only help run it on their instructions.

An optional AI feature (off by default) can send a photo or a text summary to Google to help fill in details. A person always checks the result before it's saved.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

For website requests, contact rvs@site-scan.org. For data on a specific site system, the request goes to the contractor who runs that site. We aim to respond within one month.
